Wojtek Gadzała
Wojtek Gadzała is the Head of Corporate Tax at INTERSERV, a leading Malta Corporate Services Provider in Malta. He forms part of the Tax & Corporate Team, specialising in international tax planning and fiscal compliance. Wojtek advises our global clients on Malta personal and corporate taxation, with a particular emphasis on using Malta entities to optimize the clients’ personal and business tax footprint. Wojtek’s role demands that he keep up to date with rapid developments in international tax legislation and guides clients accordingly to protect their businesses and legacy. Wojtek has extensive experience in international tax and regulatory compliance and acts as the firm’s main specialist on international exchange of tax related information.
Charlene Ciantar
Charlene joined the company in 2007 and achieved valuable experience in registration of companies and on-going corporate compliance of Malta companies. Charlene achieved her certificate in Leadership and Management in 2010 and continued to progress within the company. With her experience in this sector, Charlene’s role revolves around assisting clients in business start-up stage and advising clients on the
Malta Company Formation process. Together with the Corporate advisory team, Charlene also handholds clients throughout the onboarding and registration stages of the project.
Charlene is married with a three year old son and enjoys quality time with her family.
Joanna Waszewska
After obtaining a Master’s degree in European Politics, Economics, and Law at the University of Malta, Joanna joined INTERSERV in 2016. She has handled the administration of a diverse international client portfolio of companies and trusts in Malta and overseas. Joanna is currently
responsible for organizing the day-to-day running of the Corporate Servicing Team and for ensuring that clients expectations are surpassed.
Joanna loves the outdoors and the sea, especially surfing and diving.
Justine Azzopardi
After completing her studies, Justine started a program with HSBC Malta which led her to a career with the bank including some years at
Westminster, UK. Following a successful 10 years in retail banking, Justine joined INTERSERV to set up our banking relationship unit that
guides corporate and personal customers with their banks. She also leads the relationships with key representatives of reputable banks in Malta. Justine is currently furthering her studies in banking services.
Justine is married with a one-year old son and enjoys shopping and the finer things in life.
The team also includes Corporate Administrators as well as a full Compliance unit and other support staff without whom the wheels would not turn.
